This former gold claim property has over 700,000 Board Feet of 50+-year-old Douglas-fir Western Hemlock and Noble-fir.  Gold can be found on Poorman’s Creek which headwaters on the property. There are several ways to access via maintained forest service roads & some 4 x 4 roads. This could be a great recreation property as it has a spectacular camping spot at the very top with views of the Mackenzie river valley and the Cascade mountains.  The journey up to the property from the Calapooia River or from Blue River Lake is just as spectacular as the property itself.
